Preliminaries
All of our orders are processed into production by the end of the next business day. Orders must be placed by noon eastern standard time to count that day in the manufacturing timeframe.
Manufacturing Time is the actual time needed to produce your order before it is ready to ship by your chosen shipping method.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email which will include all of your order information.
Please reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours with your order number. If the order has already gone into production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Since the products are designed and approved on the website, we do not provide proofs on standard personalized products.
Yes! Simply choose the product and upload your list of personalizations on the order screen. **Please make sure to change the quantity to the number of items you are ordering**
When your order is made on our new site, your design and production information can be stored for all future orders. That way you are sure to get the exact design that is ready to reproduce with new names. By logging into your account, you can view all of your saved designs and previous purchases.
Products
There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.
1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.
2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.
3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.
Engraved products are etched into the surface of the product. Full color personalization is applied using either UV digital print, latex digital print or, dye sublimation.
Yes, some of our products like nametags are 100% USA made. Other products like Stamps and Banners have some materials that originate outside of the USA.

All pricing is subject to change without notice. All prices are FOB MarkMaster Inc, Tampa, FL
All payments are made at the time the order is placed.
Shipping/Returns
Your order will ship from our production factory in Tampa, FL, Monday through Friday.
Standard trackable ground shipping is typically 3 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping is available. When shipping within the contiguous U.S. your order will arrive after shipping from our facilities within the following delivery estimates based on your location and selected shipping speed:

MarkMaster will always work to complete and ship your order as soon as possible. If we do close due to extreme or dangerous weather, shipment delays are outside of our control and should be handled directly with the carrier.
We can rush your order depending on the quantity and item ordered. Most available rush options are listed with the items.
Any product that is found defective by MarkMaster in materials or workmanship will be replaced by MarkMaster Inc for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Our warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
For product returns MarkMaster must be notified within 5 working days. All returns will be inspected by MarkMaster and may be subject to a restocking fee.
All custom personalized orders and products including but not limited to custom banners, flags, nametags, and signs are final and cannot be returned. The installation and care of these products are as important as the material and finishing style selected. Because we have no control over how the products are used or installed, we only offer the warranty offered by the material manufacturer. This is limited to the cost of the material. Be sure you always pre-test for graphics adhesion before using. The customer assumes responsibility in determining product suitability for its intended use. MarkMaster's only obligation shall be to replace product proven to be defective.
Miscellaneous
For orders placed by tax exempt organizations please email your sales tax id to customer service. Please note we have to have the tax id for the state the product is being shipped to.
Prop 65 warnings are required on all products that ship to California that were made with specific chemicals to inform residents about potential exposure to substances that cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. For more information, please visit Proposition 65 Your Right to Know!
